About SeeClickFix
SeeClickFix allows anyone to report and track non-emergency issues anywhere in the world via the Internet. This empowers citizens to take care of and improve their neighborhoods.
Reporting Issues
To report an issue:
1. Click on "report an issue" at the top of the map.
2. Drag the red marker to where the issue is located and click the "Report Here" button.
3. Fill out the form that appears. Be as detailed as possible. You can upload a photo if you have one. After you fill out the form, an e-mail notification will be sent to the appropriate officials.
To add your voice to an existing issue:
1. Click on the existing marker for the issue.
2. Click "I want this fixed too!" to sign up for e-mail alerts on the issue, or click "comments/close ticket" to add a comment, picture or to report the issue has been fixed.
Watch Areas
You can be alerted by e-mail or an RSS feed whenever a problem is reported in an area you define on the map.
To create a watch area:
1. Click on "create a watch area" at the top of the map.
2. Draw the area on the map, following the instructions that appear. Then enter your e-mail address. You'll be alerted whenever someone reports a problem in your watch area.
